Why 5 stars?When I go I to different restaurants I expect different levels of service. I have to say the McDonald's is near the bottom as far as expectations are concerned and I received exactly the service I expected during my visit. In other words McDonald's met my expectations at this restaurant. The food, service, and cleanliness were typical of nearly all other McDonald's I've visited. Of course being on Disney property I paid more for the food I ordered but that was something that was to be expected.

Food was good, customer service was terrible. Waited at the speaker for quite a long time to even be acknowledged. Then took forever to take our order because the employee couldn't get it right (no special orders, just menu items)then, when we get to the window to get our food, the manager could be seen dancing, laughing and joking and thank goodness I checked because the order was wrong. You'd think for the privilege of being on disney property the service would be much better.

This location is very clean. However, they don't have the $1 drinks or the pick 3. Joe the manager likes to be on cell phone in front of the guests and stands in the way at the register while on his phone. Restrooms are clean and neat. There are seats outside.

One of the cleanest & nicest looking McDonald's I have ever been to or seen! Pretty big too & customer service was great! Also, it's open 24 hours which is great for if it's late & you're hungry after a trip to Disney World too!

Food: What you would expect from a McDonald's in a nice area. Yummy and warm.Service: The service was alright. From the time I got into Drive-Thru line until I ordered the food, it was about 30 minutes. From the time I ordered until I paid, that was another 10 minutes. I don't want to blame this on the location's staff, but something was off to make a 40 minute wait to just pay.

We went through the drive-thru late after visiting Disney. The line was fast and the employees were upbeat and friendly and our order correct. Good job as usual.

Always good... myself and family stopped here a couple times a day just to grab iced tea or iced coffee for the ride to one of the parks.. we on occasion we would grab something small just to hold a over because we always had the food service with park to our Disney package.. prices are a bit higher than what they should be but it’s all in the convenience of where it is!!! Staff was always friendly as well

McDonald's is the one fast food store that at least seems to keep their restaurants up to date. Hamburgers can be a little dry at times. I do like they are ice cream desserts, although quite often the ice cream machines are broken. Play areas fortunately most are indoors.

Extremely slow but they were absolutely packed. I went with 3 stars because I am not going to blame them for the hoard of people that walked in at the same time and going through the drive through (I saw probably a good 20 people waiting in the lobby while I was in the drive through). I am giving them 3 stars because the staff was arguing with each other and in complete disarray. Ya you are busy but keep you business together and running.

I just came here to use the bathroom, but it was clean and well stocked.I have eaten here a lot in the past, it's a really nice McDonald's although pretty pricey compared to others in the area. The outdoor seating area is really, really enjoyable.

This McDonald's is located right next to the Disney AllStar Resorts. Not only is it clean, the service is wonderful. One time we were in the drive thru, and the cashier said they were all out if chocolate milk. Instead, of having my daughter switch to regular milk. She started searching their back cooler, and found a case of chocolate milk. She could have simply not gone that extra step, but she did. That makes a great employee and great service.

It's such great food. I would always eat here if I could. Kids meals were great and comes with a toy. Friendly staff and drinks are so good they do soda and got drinks and milkshakes. The food is unhealthy but so so so yummy!!

I guess I always expect a certain consistency when I go to McDonald’s. This one was a little different. The employees were not smiling, they didn’t give me back my credit card it first and then when they gave it back to me they didn’t apologize. Good news is is the order was correct however it looked like someone took half of my french fries away. This is not the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to but seem to be clean.

Staying in all star resorts this mc Donald’s is perfect yeah the wait is some times long but hey if you can wait 90 to ride mine train you can wait 10 minutes for a Big Mac meal food always hot

Stopped into the big McDonald's over near the Disney All-Star resorts at Disney World on my way home from work. I work at one of the resorts at Disney and this is always a convenient location especially in the evening when it isn't very crowded and it's an extremely large facility which offers a very complete menu. I had my coupon from my online questionnaire from one of my local Tampa McDonald's offering a free sandwich of equal or lesser value from my first purchase. I got two double fish fillets for $5.96. Great bargain very pleased. Always remember to do your McyD's questionnaire so you can get one of the specialty items they offer at least in Florida and I'm assuming around the country as well.

I am not a fast food eater, but the Frappes at McDonald's are THE BEST in my opinion. They go great with freshly cooked order of fries. The staff was friendly and I received my order fast.

I'm blown away how great this McDonald's is. I love this modern design which is so spacious to fit everyone visiting guest and cast alike. There was a good crowd as expected, but everyone worked efficiently so I received my food fairly quickly. Overall I'm impressed with this place and would definitely recommend it.

This is a great McDonald's. Be aware that it is on Disney property so the prices are a little higher. But if you are a cast member, ask for that cast discount.

Quick service but the cashier decided I didn't need a large drink even though I told her twice. She said it was cheaper to do a small and refill it. I had ordered it "to go," so that didn't apply. She refused to give me a large.

Went through the drive through about 3am before getting on the road. They appeared to only have 3, maybe 4 people working, and 1 was being trained. Being that it was 3am they had to make our food fresh, which was to be expected and I'm grateful for. They didn't really acknowledge that we were waiting for a while and they were talking to another customer in the lobby for a while. But overall not a "bad" experience. That was probably the freshest food I've ever had from a McDonald's.
